AERO & SPACE COMIC

CREDITS

Aero & SPACE - The comic book was created in 1992 as a handout for middle school students (grades 6-9). The goal was to educate young people concerning the career possibilities within the aerospace industry. An exhibit was designed with large images from the comic prominently displayed. A TV monitor showed a video focusing on careers at NASA (complete with computer animation and a lively audio track). The project has been a big success with the students and their teachers. The #1 question asked concerning the project was "WHEN IS ISSUE #2 COMING OUT??!".

Story and pencils by Larry Merrill. Inking by Rod Adams. Colors by Larry Merrill and Steve Campbell. Plot suggested by Steve Campbell.
